In 1989, the law firm of Pomer & Boccia was founded by David M. Pomer and Robert Boccia. It was created as a Woodbridge law firm which initial focus was primarily real estate, corporate and commercial law.

Pomer & Boccia is based on well-established family values of providing necessary and affordable legal services to all sectors. As the business matured the business grew into the litigation area as a complement to the now thriving real estate and corporate business.

A substantial part of the litigation practice has evolved into providing counsel in contested and uncontested family matters, which unfortunately is a reality of the world we live in today. Further the firm presently acts for major banks and financial institutions with respect to collections and going to court to resolve these matters to the full satisfaction of their clients.

In addition, the firm acts as general counsel for non-resident lawyers to assist on various litigation matters.
