years of legal experience to Pomer & Boccia. David has practised extensively in
the areas of real estate and corporate
and commercial law. In 1989, he founded Pomer & Boccia,
Barristers & Solicitors law firm with associate Robert Boccia. In 1991, he changed his
focus to concentrate primarily on family law, litigation and collection work.
David Pomer established a separate small claims court division with in-house process
servers and a trace department and has built up special relationships with paralegals
throughout the province to attend to all phases of debt recovery and enforcement of
judgements.
David has, due to a great demand created a family law division and has done various trials in the superior
court of justice with respect to child custody and access, equalization of net family
property and also determination of income.

law, both residential and commercial, and corporate estate law. Robert joined Pomer &
Boccia, Barristers & Solicitors law firm in 1989, commencing his association with
David Pomer. As an Italian lawyer in Woodbridge, Robert represented his clients in
Italian.
Prior to forming Pomer & Boccia, Robert practiced in
the field of litigation, including the areas of collection and motor vehicle accidents. He
later expanded his area of expertise to include residential
real estate and corporate and estate law.

Allan Rouben,
B.A., LL.B Counsel to the firm

began working with Pomer & Boccia in 1989. Allan practiced law at Daley, Byers &
Philips. For over 10 years he has practiced law in the areas of civil litigation, including employment and administrative
law, personal injury, commercial litigation as well as family law
and criminal law. Allan has appeared in Courts at all
levels, and has successfully argued a number of appeals in the Court of Appeals in both
civil and criminal matters. He is active in alternate dispute resolution and has served as
mediator for the A.D.R. centre of the Ontario Court (General Division), the Ontario Legal
Aid Plan and the Ontario Insurance Commission.

with Pomer & Boccia for over 30 years.
Tony Zingaro has significant experience in real estate conveyancing, purchase and sales of properties
and mortgage re-financing. He has attended numerous small claims court matters and issues
before members at the Landlord and Tenant board. He is an expert in both
construction and family mediation.

legal paraprofessional for nearly 40 years and has been with Pomer & Boccia for 25 years. Over this time she deals with incorporations, amalgamations and section 85 rollovers. She also has extensive experience with Wills and Estates.
During her many years, Antonella has done most of the
typical and also complex transactions that a busy law firm would encounter and working in conjunction with the lawyers of the office.
